i have ordered a new reseller plan ( 10 GB )
and i logined from my account
i wanna ask if the user name for the new reseller gona be the same ???
i want a different user
how can I ?
NOTES :
- I have ordered the reseller 5 minits ago
- I have commented it in my order

Is the reseller supposed to be an upgrade or just an all around new package? If so, and assuming it comes with its own domain, the username won't be the same.

Above you stated your ordered it recently. Have you received your welcome email? If not we can go ahead and do that for you with no problems.

If you have already received the welcome email, have you created any accounts yet?

Ah, alright. I see what you mean now. You are able to request a user-name change in the sales department in the helpdesk. =) Hope that helps.

If you have not yet received the welcome email, there should be no problem in requesting a user name for your reseller account.

Please open a ticket with our helpdesk as soon as possible with the first and last name you used to order the hosting account and also with the username you would like.

There should be no problem in honoring your request
