Parked Domain

I have a Silver Reseller account and one of my clients (marquismagazineonline.com) just purchased marquismagazine.com. They would like to park marquismagazine.com on their current site, yet when I try to make it happen I get:

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) parked domains!

Zero allowed? I'm sure there is an obvious solution, could it be that the domain is just too new of a purchase? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can request that support change ownership for your main reseller account -- this way, you have control over how many addon and parked domains this account has. One possible drawback of this is that if you choose to have support do this, the disk space and bandwidth you assign will come out of your reseller hosting quota...

I think he means the resold account - then it would be a question of changing the package involved
