Pass59 - persistent downtime

Over the past month, the downtime has been increasing. I am getting daily complaints from my users about the downtime. Curious as to the actual amount, I signed up for a free service that would monitor my domain every 15 minutes for downtime. I've had the monitoring going for one day -- 7 outtages. This is really not normal, nor what I expect to pay for.

Looks like this is being caused by a runaway process, which I've just killed. Let's see if that stabilizes pass59....
