whmcs question

so apparently whmcs is offered to us for free..

however our support to upgrade runs out after a year.

IMPO, this allows surpass hosting to put its servers at risk from any issues or venerabilities that arise from software NOT being upgraded...

As I took advantage of the software that surpass was offering for free.. I went to upgrade my software today to find, my support and upgrades have expired.

was this part of the agreement with surpass hosting and whmcs?

I dont have the spare money to pay 44.95 for another year... of support, hell I can not even get my web hosting off the ground, and I am pushing it here and there, but to no avail...

not sure where you got this info from, we pay whmcs every month, you pay $0 however we pay them monthly for the license. Surely I hope someone see's there is actually value in what we give for free.
You will need to contact WHMCS - The Complete Client Management, Billing & Support System directly for support and on the upgrade, make sure they have you under the surpass group.

I do see the value...

and your saying that your paying every month to whmcs, but I am not able to access the upgrades section anymore on whmcs.com, to upgrade my software.

We definitely understand that with a program, especially such as this, (archival and holding client information) upgrades and support should always be available.

As Emmanuel suggested please make sure they have you in our group because what you are saying does not sound right.

whmcs has solved this and updated the support for another year..

This info should be put into the surpass support site knowledge base as well as web hosting tutorials on the forums.
