customize new account email

hello again,

i want to know if it is posible to customize the welcome email body that new accounts receive whe created from a reseller, and where do i do that.

the actual text email is a bit ugly so i want to add some information and style if it possible.

This would be in WHM or WHMCS?

mmm i cant find it in whm but im going to set up WHMCS during the day,
