new reseller account problems

Hi

Recently purchased the reseller account, Ive set up 2 packages.

I get the following error using one package.

www.malikhalls.co.uk

Quote:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster

malikhalls.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and the other problem I seem to being having with the other account is I cant seem to send and receive email.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there any guides or tutorials on using reseller hosting.

Hello, usually an internal server error has to do with certain permissions set and/or your .htaccess file. For this, I would highly recommend submitting a ticket to the help desk.
