after waiting for a few days and hoping for this to be resolved..

nothing has happened that was useful.. whoever read the ticket ran into whm and took a snapshot and figured it was done..

lack of research for the client side cpanel was not checked into it appeared.

so after waiting all this time.. not a damned thing was solved, other then someone going and turning on what was turned off by someone else. (at least thats how I read it in my support tickets)

so therefore, in my tickets and now here, I am requesting my ticket to be escalated to management to deal with, since escalated 3rd level support don't read to well none much either.

and btw, I am starting to consider paying twice as much for hosting to be able to call into support when support tickets are not answered worth crap.

I have found the answer to this myself... cpanel pro must be activated and installed.. and a few files must be edited.

it was a good idea to have this work. But it appears I will have to live without it because no one subscribes to cpanel forums.
