question on WHM setting
ok in WHM I have the option to setup Configure Support Request Submissions in my cpanel for my clients to push support requests from within cpanel to my whmcs, basically I just want that option available, but apparently support is not listening
I dont see how its going to cause problems. but apparently support is not getting what I am asking for and have disabled that option in my features list.. and they are thinking I am trying to use it to contact surpass support... this is not the case. sometimes support raises my blood pressure... and thats no good. this is my support ticket. well currently I am going back and forth with support about this... its getting confusing as all hell... so far I am up to escalated 3rd level support... I'm hoping not to reach management with this...

I have noticed support has been starting to lack some since I signed up.
I used to have service with hasweb and Aric or somebody there always answered my questions within 2 hours max. I usally had a fix within 30mins to 1hr though. Ah well. |

I agree that support has changed some since I first started here, however, my ticket is sitting in escalated 3rd level support, which I Am going to assume its in a research phase... or it could be completely ignored... I dont know...lol

It was moved to escalated 3rd level so they could open a ticket with cpanel about your issue as mentioned in their last reply. Unfortunately it may take a little bit of time to hear back from cpanel.
