Subdomains on domain add-ons

For the past three days I've been fighting with subdomains and domain add-ons. I've added a domain add-on on a hosted domain on pass19. At first that didn't work and received cpanel pages instead. So I raised that to support and they fixed it.

Now I'm having the same problems when I add subdomains on that domain add-on. I'm getting cpanel pages instead of the pages that are supposed to be displayed. I've raised this up to support too. They've fixed it actually. I saw the subdomain working. And then all of a sudden, I just refreshed the page and it's now back to the cpanel page. That happened a lot of times already. Fixed. Cpanel. Support. Fixed. Cpanel. Support. This is so frustrating.

Anyone who could fix this problem with a more permanent solution?

BTW, my support ticket number's XYO-657945, if anyone's curious.

I've never personally experienced this issue.

They have just always worked for me..

Only thing I can suggest is contact the help desk which I see you have already done.
