Thumbs down Big problems on Pass65

Hi,

I already contact support about this problem, but it's driving me nuts.

Pass65 had a big problem. Site's won't load from time to time. The server is up and running. HTTP access is not possible, FTP access is. Pinging the server gives a normal reaction, a trace route also.

But simply site's can't be reached. Yesterday this happend for 3 hours. At this moment I'm experiencing the same problem. But from the first of may it happend at least 6 times.

I let the server and one of my domainnames monitor from 4 diffrent countries by 2 diffrent monitoring services. The also report the 'downtime' that I'm experiencing.

All I get from the support is:
- Everything looks fine
- We can't find anything in the logs
- We are countinuasly monitoring the server

They offered me to move to another server, but I want the problems to be fixed, not moving to another server.

I already lost one of my clients, other clients are getting angry.

Please aknowlegde and solve the problem!

I was about to come on now and post about Pass65 too, it is driving me crazy, it is up and down, up and down. Something needs to be done!

Please Artin send a support ticket they must know it is a serious issue.

And we're back online after 40 minutes. It's really not normal. The last reaction from "level 3" support was yesterday and the problems are still not solved!

I got a reaction from level 3 support after a day telling me "everything is fine".

No it's not fine, there is a problem.

The uptime (http) for pass65 this month is 93.788%
There where 7 outages for a longer time.
(measured by siteuptime.com)

I have received that response before but later they admitted to a problem and fixed it. Just keep on em.

Unfortunately level 3 support is not that quick in responding. So I'm waiting again...
