pass14 is down.

Can I have some sort of update? I submitted a support ticket LMB-561616 at 3:25PM. It's now 3 hours later. I am getting complaints.

pass14 domains appear to have come back up 15 minutes ago.

According to the apache logfile of a busy site, it was down from 14:05 to 20:00 EST - 6 hours total.

It looks like the server has been running fine for a few hours now. Hopefully this will be the last time we have these kind of power issues.

pass14 domains are randomly not loading now - 2:55AM EST.

cPanel does load and Server Status consistently shows:
http(1.3.41 (Unix)) failed (RED)

This sucks. Submitted a new support ticket #RZB-723601

I know this sucks, but it would help us if you provided a list of domain names that you're having trouble with. That'll make it a lot easier to troubleshoot.

Why do you need a list of domain names. cPanel's Server Status will be the same for all domains on Pass14 - right?

10 minutes later, and httpd (1.3.41 (Unix)) is now up (Green), and sites are all loading.
