power stability status now?

Hi,

There hasn't been an update since the last one at [Data Center Update]

Will someone give an update on the status? Pass15 is up right now, and a quick scan in the shared hosting forums shows "[resolved]..." every other minute. but I don't want to tell others that and then another outage comes... i'm embarassed enough...

We apologize for the inconveniences as we know this has effected a lot of you and your clients. We will be compensating per our SLA and will ensure we find out in detail what happened, resolve it completely and put measures in place so it doesn't repeat again.
Do we have to request for compensation (send ticket etc...) or will it be applied accordingly?

Thanks.

Please submit a request for an SLA credit via the ticketing system. This can be sent to our Accounting Department. All requests will be reviewed by management.

I'll hold off on your question about the power problems. One of our datacenter admins should be able to explain things a lot better than I can.
