I am furious. All Pass14 domains are still down, more than 2.5 hours after posting my 1st message above and submitting a support ticket YEC-394029.

Roxanne - Why are you asking what is the site that's not loading on Pass14? The fact of the matter is that ALL PASS14 DOMAINS ARE DOWN! In my first message, I gave you the link to try and see for yourself.

My main reseller account on Pass14 here: http://www.bzhost.com/ (It's a placeholder, I don't that domain now.)

Look at my forum sig - you will see that the Pass14 server load image is dead. All Pass14 domains are down. All Pass14 domains are down. All Pass14 domains are down.

I have reseller customers complaining. What am I supposed to tell them? It has been 2 weeks in a row with major service outages.

The repeat service outages I've been having are totally unacceptable.
The support responses I've received are also totally unacceptable! All I've received are canned form-letters that do not address the specific problem.

Roxy: Please answer the following 2 questions. If you don't know the answers, then find someone who does, and answer them directly for me:

1 - What is/was the cause of the Pass14 service outage today?

2 - When will Pass14 domains be up and running?

7:38PM now. All Pass14 domains are still down.

I have still to see a meaningful reply to support ticket YEC-394029 sent hours ago...

Hello -

Pass14 is back online an serving pages. The technician who brought the machine back online has stated that the reason for the downtime was due to a corrupted file-system.

Please submit a ticket if you are experiencing any issues.

5+ hours of downtime today... deplorable.
No response to support tickets... unacceptable.
