I saw somebody (I don't remember who) recently say that they no longer enable overselling. They did by request when the disk space and bandwidth limits were so low, but there really is no need to do that now with the insane amount of disk space and bandwidth you get now. It's almost like overselling is already allowed.

Really having that many reseller accounts shows you probably have quite a few customers and depend on it as a business. You really should look into getting a dedicated server so that your business can't be interrupted by other clients on the servers. Plus you can do anything you want on a dedicated server.

I do agree with dew knight on the fact that a dedicated server is really best for your business.

We decided to stay with HD and Surpass for now. Because moving 400 web sites separately to another host is too hard. Also HD and Surpass support is fast and uptime of the servers
is generally fine. We glad their services. I hope their prices no more increase soon. Have a nice day.

We will never increase pricing on client accounts, even for inactive discontinued packages. Whenever we increase or change plans we also honor requests to upgrade to current account specifications free of charge.

Sumi, I have just noticed that some are getting the wrong price in their invoices. Please submit a ticket to accounting at https://desk.surpasshosting.com so they can make sure your invoice is correct now and remains that way in the future.

Thank you for your patience.

Yes, I just checked my account and thought I've had my bronze reseller for a while, it's priced at $20 in my details. I've sent a support ticket in. Thanks for bringing this up or I'd have not checked.
