I really wish the dedicated server order page was up.

The server that is $120 per month that doesn't include the $30 cpanel license fees right?

It would be nice if that $120 was actually $120 instead of $150 dollars with cpanel.

I have thought about dedicated servers but there are always extra costs not listed upfront on the homepage and those extra costs pushes over my budget.

Thank you all for responses. But I think I did not tell what I want. I don't want create reseller accounts on reseller account. For example: if our any customer want a reseller hosting when we'll buy a reseller plan from Surpass. And we'll give it to our customer. But if he change the whm password when we lose access to WHM. Or if he change the cpanel email when Surpass may contact our customer. So we don't want this. If we cannot disable this two function when we are looking for a software that allow to create/upgrade accounts, change passwords of accounts etc.

As far as asking for a Master Reseller account so you can have your clients resell hosting with their own WHM panel than this software does that.

Problem is it requires Root access so you have to find a host that offers it or get a dedicated server and set it up yourself.

Surpass doesn't offer it but some other hosts do such as this one.

Only problem I see with reselling whm panels with a reseller package is the servers are probably really overloaded with websites.
