Price increase
Is the price increase on the reseller accounts supposed to affect only new accounts or all accounts? I've been on a bronze reseller hosting plan for $15 a month for around 6 months now, and I just got an invoice today for $20.00.

Happened to me too but it seems to be happening to a lot of people. Should I send in a ticket or is surpass working on it?

When will the billing mistakes stop? Ever? I've been sent 2 false cancellation notices for non-payments in 2008, and now I received a bill that incorrectly raised my monthly rate?
What's going on here? Why can't the invoices be handled competently at Surpasshosting?
