Pass61: up, down, up, down

I feel like I"m on a friggn roller coaster. I'm now entirely supported (mortgage & family) by my businesses hosted on pass61 with Surpass and I cannot get a single week with out having a roller coaster outage.

Right now the server is up, then down, then the load hits 10, then it dies down, then all MySQL apps fail to respond, then they are back up. If I bother to file a support request, the one issue that was causing the problem will be solved and then the server will go right back down again in a few minutes.

And Surpass will not tell me what the problem is, just that it has been fixed. Is this server still too crowded even after the move to an 8 CPU system? Is the problem with hosted accounts? Are their abusive / over crowded accounts? If the problem is caused by hosted clients, then I need to know so i will know if I need to just ditch this server and go somewhere for VPS or dedicated.

If the problem is with the host OS / hardware, then what is it? Tell me so I don't think it is hosting service provider incompetence.

I'm running >=$6/ day google AdWords campaigns and am wasting my money because this fricking server cannot stay up. Each time I hit the site and find out the server is down, I have to go over to google and pause all my ad campaigns. Then log a ticket (or reply to the most recent ticket) and wait for it to go back up.... unpause the ad campaigns, then it goes down again.

This isn't a matter of my blog being unavailable, or my forum for my Halo clan being offline.

How can I trust Surpass to handle a bump to VPS / dedicated if I get such random & standoff-ish responses from support when on reseller.

One of the accounts on this server appears to be under attack. Trying to mitigate it now.
