Unable to send mail through Microsoft Outlook

Hi!!

I had configured Microsoft Outlook to send receive emails for one of my domain name ronexinfosys.com. Everything worked fine till yesterday, when Microsoft Outlook isn't allowing me to send emails. I can receive incoming emails in Microsoft Outlook but unable to send.

The same issue had occurred 2 months back but that was because my credit card had expired and the payment didn't process, but now the payment is done for the month.

Below is the exact configuration that I have been using past several months now and nothing has been changed.

Mail Server Username: yash+ronexinfosys.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.ronexinfosys.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.ronexinfosys.com (server requires authentication)
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Port 25
Incoming Mail (POP3) Port 110

Here are the error messages that come up while trying to send an email
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.ronexinfosys.com', Server: 'mail.ronexinfosys.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

But I can send emails through the same email account using the webmail interface.

Looking forward for your reply.

Thank you.

Your ISP is blocking port 25

There are some alternate ports enabled on most servers, but I don't remember what they are... (26?) so you might want to search the forums.

Most US ISP's block home computers from hitting port 25 to help control the spam sent by the viruses/malware/spyware on computers.

Port 26 is open on the server I am on, but it may be different for your server. The old Knowledge Base listed the ports, but they seemed to pull that one off the system.

I would try 26, if that doesn't work, I would open a ticket and ask for an alternate port to be opened on your server.
