Pass64 Pop3 Up and Down
All weekend...mostly down this morning. All other services appear to working normally.

Just posting an update...
pop3 is still bouncing up and down. I had a reply from 3rd Level Support indicating that they were watching the server and would advise further. That was quite a few hours ago and, since then it continues to go up and down.
