That box is only so they can login to the account if you are having problems. Just put anything in there and it will go through. Ignore the login box on the left.

They have to verify that you are the actual owner. You wouldn't want them just giving anybody your login info.

Even if you cannot login to your help desk account, like it was said before, you can fill out our form and submit it that way. Once the ticket is submitted, we can mail the login information to the main email address on file for the account. If you no longer have access to the email address on file, you can login through your billing profile and change it.

And thats BS cause Ive filled everything in. Look, this is getting out of hand. I want my damn info. I have provided everything you need to send my info to. The main email address!!

Now I have paid for service that I cannot use becuase of some stupid ticketing issue. Just give me my info so I can download everything off FTP and DBS and I will move on to a place that has better support. Or at least where you can talk to a live person.

Great. I now have my info. But why is it that when I go a site I host I get a suspend page? My bill is up to date so I know its not that.
