I need my account infomation NOW!!!
Look, I have lost everything on a HDD. I have my username and password thats works to login and PAY my account, which I have done so. Yet, I NEED my WHM info badly. Just what do you need from me to get this?
Where in the hell can I go to retrieve this info? There is no link that I can find that will allow you to do a password recovery for WHM. I need ALL the info that I had when I first signed up for an account. Here is some info that may help: expediahosting.com is the domain name (i THINK its expediah as the WHM login name) Name: Robert Ledford Email: dolby_ charter.net (leave out spaces)I need this info ASAP!!!!! Gandalf. Were you able to submit a support ticket in our help desk. If you can open up a ticket using the email address on your account and then let me know the ticket ID, I will followup with you myself.

Gandalf. Our help desk and your client account are two separate systems and would use different passwords unless you signed up for your help desk account using the same password as your client account. Regardless, you do not have to login to submit a ticket. Simply click on "Submit a Ticket" and it will take you through the process of opening up the ticket. The reason why we require you to open up a ticket using the email address on your account is to verify ownership. Let me know the ticket ID once you have submitted it.
