ability to change domains for clients
is it possible to change domain names for clients ourselves, and is it possible to get that option enabled on my account?

Unfortunately we cannot enable this option as it requires access to the "modify account" section which would also enable you to modify clients quotas to something over your limit. Even if you don't have overselling enabled.

Doesn't this also have to do with circumventing bandwidth usage limits? I remember reading about this in the root WHM on my dedicated some months ago..
