Pass84 have problem with smtp?

I have several customers reporting problems to send e-mails.

I am on Pass84 and I am not having any issues. I would ensure that your ISP is not blocking port 25.

check if they are, open a command prompt and type:

telnet mail.yourdomainname.com 25

if it shows an error message, use port 26
