If you could please open a ticket with support or start a chat from the top of the home page we can look into it further and get some information from you that would assist in the location of your issue.
Server logs that I am seeing are looking 100% ok so we would need to get some additional info from you to locate what you are having trouble with.

Pass14 has nightly extreme slow web page loading from 1AM-3AM EST. I've gotten recent complaints from users to this fact. I've submitted support tickets in the past, with no resolution other than a "suggestion" that I upgrade to a dedicated server - which is an absurd suggestion. My sites on Pass14 are not loading down the box.

What a coincidence!? I have exactly the same problems on pass 17 at exactly the same time - only this is late morning in Europe and extremely disturbing.

All the tickets I opened where answered immediately, but nothing really changed. Could there be too much traffic at this time? That's why I'm already considering moving to a European Hosting Provider.

Can you please respond to your ticket so that we can investigate this further? I did see a hung MySQL query, and the load dropped after restarting MySQL. But we certainly want to find the cause of any possible issues. Also, if you can mention specific times you see issues we can be sure to monitor it then.

I have submitted a reboot request for pass17, it should be back soon.

For transfers, there may be a small fee associated with transferring accounts depending on account age and what packages you are choosing. We can let you know via ticket if you'll let us know which package you are looking at
