Pay part of the reseller plan

Hey, guys, do someone knows if it is possible to pay, por instance, 1 or 2 months of a reseller plan and after some time pay the rest of the months? know I have the Bronze plan, and it's about to expire, but I don't have money to pay the whole plan, what can I do?

There's the option to pay month to month also. Any other kinds of arrangements would have to be made with Accounting. I'd recommend opening a ticket with them to discuss your options.

ok, I will try to figure out how to change the way I pay the service. Thanks a lot.

We do have the option to change to annual billing in the middle of a month or something like that.

But please be aware that if you pay 2-3 months and then switch, your annual bill wont be for the 9 or 10 months left but for a full 12 months. But this can be arranged by our accounting team.
