We used MSN in the beginning as well as Yahoo and AIM.
In time, we realized that indeed AIM is more popular than either of the other two, so this is why we ended up removing support access to those and started to just offer AIM support. Plus we don't have 100 people working here and having a bunch of crazy programs installed is kind of time consuming. Why not install a handy program like Integrity or Trillian.. well we don't like Trillian, we used it when it first came out and lost a lot of messages that were coming in! It was more than frustrating and made people mad. So we have a bad taste in our mouth about that program. We like DeadAIM which is just for AIM.  Sorry guys! We understand that many of you use MSN but we will just put Jay's MSN access on the support page if he can fix online butterfly status indicator thing.
