I have two servers, one for Surpass and one for another company. How can I get, or back-up, everything ( Including MySQL data bases ) and bring it to this server. I am posting this here cause I am a reseller
The other company has Cpanel too - Thanks in advance - Matt |

Surpass just needs your CPanel username/password and the IP of the server you are on with the other company. They can move everything over for you. Send in the info to resellers

That's all they need. They will put the account under your reseller account. Your reseller account will 'own' the account that they move over from the old server.
If the account you want to move _is_ the domain that is your reseller account, they'll have to delete what you have put on the server already and redo your account. That is something you should have done when signing up. :-)
