pass8 webserver weirdness

I created an account for one client and tried to move their website. TO see if everything moved i went to the following URL which was given in my cpanel: http://66.195.17.52/~kwgaller

Following error happens:

66-195-17-52.dimenoc.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again.

If you go to just the IP it works. That's odd, have you emailed support?

Not yet send email to support, wanted to see if anybody else ran into this problem before.

Strange thing is going to just the IP address work, but adding the username will make it fail.

Maybe you should try setting up a dummy account to see if it does the same thing there. It might be account specific

Same thing is happened for me but on Pass 11.. I created an account and I can see the account listed in WHM and everything but when I go to the domain OR the IP + ~username, It says "Page could not be found" or "There's no website configured at this address". I sent a ticket, a guy told be he would report that to an admin but im still waiting after 10 hours.

Also, some of my friends can see the site, and some don't... So I guess it a problem with a backbone.

Theres a "/" missing by some reason in WHM panel.
Try http://66.195.17.52/~kwgaller/ instead. And you will find the account is created correctly.
