WHM question for surpass...
When one of YOUR customers is about to exceed bandwidth, what feature in WHM do you use to give them more / reactivate them if they choose to pay for added emergency bandwidth?

I emailed support about this when i was first starting, and they told me to create a bigger plan with the new stats and change the clients plan

Geez.
Cpanel needs to get their collective arses in gear. If I can do disk quota at the touch of a mouse, I should be able to temporariliy increase bandiwdht for an account through the end of a month... John

A feature in WHM that would allow us to give a temporary bandwidth "bump" to any single account without having to fudge with packages, etc. I'd like to be able to tell customer Y - hey, you're about to go over. I'll sell you another GB for 2$, that should get you over the end of the month. Or even just bump my best clients for free...
