As I said in another thread, my reseller account is totally [at][at][at][at]ed up... Each time I create a new account, when i go to http://serverip/~username i just see a green page with "There is no website configured at this address." or sometimes I see "Page not found". What's the point of having a reseller account if we can't create accounts? I've tryed the help desk yesturday and no relevant answers in now 12 hours, no answers in the forum, where I am supposed to ask now??

Have you checked your ticket? There was a recent change to cpanel and possibly WHM...

Your ticket title should be something like "WHM problem creating new accounts - PASS11 URGENT"

Yesturday at 8pm, a guy replyed and said that he forwarded it to an admin, but its 12:49pm here and still no answer from an admin.

But it will be hard to fix I guess cuz it works for some people and it don't for others so i'm pretty sure its something wrong with a backbone.

don't forget the trailing slash is needed when using the IP address/~username/
