How do i acess my clients FTP and Cpanel without there passwords?
I host someone and i want to access there FTP or Cpanel, how would i do it using my (the reseller) password ?

use the customer account name and your cpanel password.

Also, I am not sure if this is on every server, but my Cpanel has a switch account pull down.
