I pay my hosting bill, I manage my dedicated server to the best of my ability, and I keep my support queue empty on a daily basis. I do all that I can to keep my clients satisfied with the level of hosting they're getting.

I'm starting to NOT feel the same way. When you look at the grand scheme of things, you'll see that everything of value doesn't always hold a monetary value to it.
Well said... I have said this before... the only reason I haven't lost all of my clients is because most have been my clients for many years. They trust my judgement... but one actually asked me the other day if I fell and bumped my head.

That may sound funny, but they are beginning to question my judgement... that's not funny.

Excuse me for butting in here (as I am on a shared hosting plan), but I was directed to this thread after making a similar thread in the "Beginners" section (as I am new to surpass). I kind of had a spazz-attack when the servers went down, and so tonight I've been doing a little more research to make sure that I want to stay with surpass. While at the webhostingtalk.com message board I came across this -- from the Florida BBB

http://www.orlando.bbb.org/nis/newse...33000013006185

Does anyone here know anything about this?
