Question About Cgi-sys

I found a log entry that tried to access
/cgi-sys/formmail.pl

I've haven't got this file but i suspect that somebody tried to use this file to send email. Is this something I need to bother about? I don't have any cgi-sys directory in my account?

There are at least two references to cgi-sys in Fantastico that concern formmail and cgi mail.

I believe those reference "cgi-bin" not "cgi-sys".
