:pleasehelp:

I just signed up for the Silver Plan, and the welcome letter shows that my dns servers should be ns1streamfire.net, and ns2streamfire.net.

I was under the impression that I recieved ns1.streamfire.net, and ns2.streamfire.net <<Notice the period after ns1 & ns2>>.

I'm just a bit confused, figured I would ask to make sure that this is what I will get.

I had the same problem/question.

You get ns1.streamfire.net and ns2.streamfire.net.

Don't forget to register the nameservers with your registrar and inform supportsurpasshosting.com to set up your A record.

Ok, I have done a dig on streamfire.net, and there's really no records on streamfire.net, but the whois already has the domain name pointed towards surpass.

I sent a email to supportsurpasshosting.com , and I am waiting for a reply.
