hi

i have been searching the web for the last 4 weeks looking for a good hosting company i have searched 3500 sites among them ended up with around 50 sites out of them to 5 sites and now am hanged between 2 one the the 2 is this one

and now i have some questions about the silver reseller plan:-

1- do i have to register my domain with you?

2- if i have a domain do i have to transfer it to here?

3- do i have to pay any extra for add on domains for my account or my clients?

4- can i over sell plans for ex. if my clients dont use all the bandwidth and the space am i gona be able to over sell?

5- a part of the page says if i register for reseller i will get my accont for the same bandwidht and disk space as my reseller plan so i get 3 GB + 30 GB band for the reseller plan and the same for my web site and i did read some where on this forum if i consumed my badnwidth i will be able to use my clients does this work vise versa and is there any pocibilty to merge them so i get 6 GB + 60 GB bandwidth at once lol would love that :P

6- do i get outgoing SMTP server on my domain?

7- do i get a custom webmail page on my webmai.mydomain.com or i have to creat one?

8- on fantastico do i get live chat with my domain visitors like livehelp?

9- do u have any preistalled CGI on your server if yes what are they?

10- how many domain pointers are with the silver plan?

11- do i have a full control on my account?

12- what of the following you dont have and do you have more?

am sorry that it is a bit long but just want to make sure of every thing since my last reseller gone with the wind and i found him after 1 month and got nothing out of him and lost all my clients thanks god that i did not have much with them and i made a full refund to all of my clients.

waiting for your answer and am telling you with what i have seen from your clients in some how am sure am in with you guys and i really think you guys are working hard on this.

now i will set and wait and count the seconds lol

A: No, just get a domain however you like and point NS Servers to proper location\

2- if i have a domain do i have to transfer it to here?
A: Transfer, No. Point NS Servers yes

3- do i have to pay any extra for add on domains for my account or my clients?
A: Dont think so

4- can i over sell plans for ex. if my clients dont use all the bandwidth and the space am i gona be able to over sell?
A: IF you allow a package of clients to have 1.0 Gig Bandwith and your only allowed 10GIG, then you can only have 10 Clients. No Oversell

A: you get the same storage, not suer on bandwith and you cant join em..

A: For Everydomain you have for clients. but the true question is will your clients ISP allow 3rd party smtp servers.

A: its a predefined one. (Not sure if u can recode it)

A: if you mean clients, as much as you can get in your plans

A: Yes. But what do you mean by full

before I signed up with the reseller system, I brought 1 customer over as a test. Paid the $23.50 for the year and saw how systems work. Once I saw it was all good. I started to move all my clients over to the reseller servers..

If your chat site is busy, it's going to cause high server load. You would need to be moved to a semi-dedicated server with less accounts.

If you just have a simple chat, don't worry about it. We're talking about constant, maybe 100+ people talking. :-)
