New Reseller Customer

Hello everybody,

I am the local newbie. My reseller account was just activated about 10 minutes ago. I look forward to a service where, unlike my previous host, the mysql server will not crash 6 times a year, or a service where the support people do not immediately write off problems as 'client error' and only decide to fix it when you reply to their "everything is working fine, please check your problem over again" email with 20 links to documentation proving the fault on their end!

It will be a few days before I have my site(s) up to show all of you, as I need to configure my account properly (databases, scripts etc) and transfer my files from the old host before I update the DNS.

I'm glad to be here, glad their is a community, and look forward to participating.

( p.s. the dancing banana is sadistic and frightens me.

By the way, welcome to Surpass. :-)
I hope that you enjoy your stay here. Hope you don't mind, but we are having an organization fest and your topic is going to be edited as are all of the others, to be search friendly.
