4images Auto Thumbnailer

I am trying to install imagemagik or netpbm, and I think on both of the packages I need SSH access to do this, or I need someone else to install the libararies for me and tell me where I can pick them up off the server.

If anyone can help me plz do

I'm not sure, but I think you can ask them to fix it for you. Also, one of the three auto-thumbnailer scripts might already be installed. I too am using a gallery, but I just upload the thumbnails myself, lolx.

Path to ImageMagick "/usr/X11R6/bin"
The path to the directory containing ImageMagick on your system.

I can't get it to work, it's not creating thumbnails automatically. When I try to force it to make thumbnails I get this error "ERROR CREATING THUMBNAIL" I am using the path you typed in for me as well.

Do you think if I email support

surpasshosting.com they could be of any help?
