What is resource abuse?
Resource Abuse
The Term Resource Abuse does not imply that you intentionally caused something bad to happen. Instead, Resource Abuse refers to a situation in which the allowable resource limits have been breached in relation to the terms of the Surpass Hosting Agreement. Most of the time Resource Abuse is unintentional but it stems back to negligence especially if you are running really old scripts that have never been updated. In many other instances Resource Abuse occurs because your website has outgrown a Shared Environment and needs to move onto something more suitable like a dedicated server. Prevent Resource Abuse There is no sure way to protect your Account from Resource Abuse but you can take steps to help prevent it:
