Somewhere down the line it may be necessary for you to change the domain name that is associated with your Surpass Hosting Account. This could be due to many reasons including; your domain name expired and you no longer own it, you lost interest in your domain name, etc.

If you have just signed up for a Surpass Hosting account and want to change it, you are free to do so at no charge for the first 30 days. After the first 30 days a small fee will be charged each time you choose to change your domain name.

To change your domain name you will need to contact Support by visiting: http://desk.surpasshosting.com.

If you already have a domain elsewhere and you wish to host with Surpass, after registration, Surpass will provide you with Name Server IP addresses/host names that you can update at your current registrar.

If you have an international domain, feel free to open a help ticket with sales prior to ordering to ensure there will be no problems.
