IP banned? Usually there are a few reasons why this happens, but over all the number one reason is because of a few failed login/access attempts to a program or script you are using. While this can be frustrating, not only because you forgot what your username or password was, but because now you've banned yourself from using a program or software you downloaded!

No worries, there are very easy ways to get around this. One of them being to contact support. Of course we will need to verify that you are the owner of the website, so be sure to have that information ready.

You're probably wondering why this would happen in the first place? Well in reality its to help you and me in the end. Having someone who only wants to do harm to your script, banned because they couldn't get your login information correct the first 3 times is a plus! It helps keep the bad guys away and keeps your site safe and our server clean.

Ways to prevent this from happening to you again. WRITE DOWN your password and username. While at the moment you may think you'll remember it anytime, you never know what can happen. It only takes a second of your time to write something like that down, take advantage of the paper and pen and use it! Another way would be to save your password and username in your browser, but of course only use this option if you are the only one who is going to access this page from your computer. Wouldn't want a snooping sibling or a computer-illiterate parent messing something up now.
