Gallery HELP! Thumbnails don't work

Hello-

My brother and I co-administer our domain and he recently installed GALLERY for posting and sharing photos of our families. It seems to work fine except that all of the thumbnail images are broken.

Anyone have any advice or experienced the same problem?

You may have to change the image processing library to ImageMagick. It may be set to a library we don't support such as NetPBM.

I would set the graphics toolkit to GD first since that is included with PHP and pretty much guaranteed to work. The other ones you have to enter the path to where they are as they are external executables. ImageMagick is most likely located in: /usr/bin/

We should have symlinks for /usr/bin/[imagemagickbin] to /usr/local/bin as well. Should work fine by default if you change the handler to ImageMagick or gd.

GD is already installed by default on our shared servers, however some of them don't have ImageMagick installed until it is requested. If you are still experiencing issues go ahead and open a ticket with support and we'll be more than happy to further troubleshoot this for you.

Make sure safe mode is turned off as well. It was preventing me from executing Image Magick to make resized images.
