It's confirmed that there is something fishy going on with SH104.
Seems there is an attack against a site in the server, which we are trying to narrow down. Some have reported that in the past weeks, the server has been slow at times, due to other reasons - so we are hoping to resolve everything at once, right now.

SH104 has been very, very calm in the past 6 hours. It looks like the issue may have really been with SQL. We will know more in the next 24 hours.
But the server is currently extremely stable and the load is staying near or below 1.

Two issues were found on SH104 today, one was a comment spam issue on a Gallery install which was causing slowness. Clients have been notified. The server is operating normally at this time.

SH104 Maintenance - Upgrade to MySQL 5 and PHP 5
Wednesday, April 2nd we will be upgrading PHP and MySQL to version 5 on sh104.surpasshosting.com.
There will be some minimum downtime past 12am EST. |
