SH108 (66.7.201.40) : Shared

This thread is for any issue occuring with shared server SH108.

sh108 our newest shared server is giving I/O errors on the disk array. It may be sluggish for the next few hours while we diagnose. We apologize for the issues but just posting to let you know we are aware and monitoring very closely.

sh108 unfortunately is still having problems with the raid. We prepared a new server and will be migrating all data to the new server tonight. For now it is up but it may be slow and going on and off for the next 12 hours. We do not want to take it down now to copy the data as it will cause downtime. We apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured we are aware and taking steps to resolve it ASAP

SH108 will be down for a short time tonight while we add a new drive.

Friday night, April 25th we will be upgrading PHP and MySQL to version 5 on sh108.surpasshosting.com.

There will be some minimum downtime past 12am EST
