Found a site abusing SH87... the server was running very slowly about one hour ago. This has been resolved.

Thursday night, July 3rd we will be enabling PHP SuExec and upgrading PHP and MySQL to version 5 sh87.surpasshosting.com.
There will be some minimum downtime past 12am EST.
