sh99 has been giving kernel panics due to sata raid card. We compiled a new kernel and have rebooted it.
I apologize we had to do it at this time but it needed to be done in order to isolate the issues and make it stable. |

SH99 has been stabled over the past 5 days. The panic was caused due to a new raid card which wasn't supported by the old kernel. We applied a new kernel and everything has been stable since then.
We will be rebooting it a few times tonight to move it back to its home in the rack. |

Thursday night, July 3rd we will be enabling PHP SuExec and upgrading PHP and MySQL to version 5 sh99.surpasshosting.com.
There will be some minimum downtime past 12am EST. |
