Did you get an automatic response with a ticket ID and Key? If not, your email never reached the ticket system or there is a problem getting email back to your account. If yes, then you should try logging in at http://desk.surpasshosting.com and checking to see if any replies have been made to your ticket that never made it to your email account. And you should also post the ticket ID here so that when an admin reads the thread, they can check on that ticket to see what's happened to it.
