Several Support tickets I have created, some “On Hold” at the time, have mysteriously disappeared. One was created last night regarding pass16’s issue that kept it offline for about 1.5 hours. That ticket number was JBC-84453. Another two tickets regarding ping time issues with pass16 numbered JZU-62899 and OTD-44093. All three tickets and perhaps others have just vanished as if they never existed.

I'm pretty sure that that's not the issue.
Sometimes they delete duplicate tickets, but more often they've had database issues with this ticket system before... John

silent - OTD-44093. Closed on october 10th - still exists. as far as the other ones, i haven't found them yet, but will keep searching.
there's no purpose in deleting a help ticket, so it's seldom done. if all three were about ping times as the one i found was, perhaps they were considered duplicates. davo - what does the forum have to do with the helpdesk? please do not speculate about something you have no information about. |
