It seems that all my site updates since September 24th have been deleted. Further, our email has stopped functioning since September 27th. Can anyone give me any leads as to why this happened, and if possible, how to retrieve this lost information?

What is your domain and what server are you on? Look at the server announcements first. There was recently one server that had some problems.

As for your email not working, you need to send a ticket to support about this. Just make sure to use an email account outside of your domain.

Hi Patrickb

My domain is northof49.com. I'm not 100% sure what server I'm on, as I was shifted around so much a few months ago, I've lost track.

Do you know how I can retrieve my post-Sept 24th updates?

Hi,
For questions like this about your particular account, you'll need to email support.
According to another post here, backups were done weekly on Pico and now they are done daily. (You are on Pico.)
