Account Suspended!

I just bought a new shared hosting account 2 days ago and it was working fine but today it's just a page that says "This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible." What does this mean?

it means your account was disabled due to one of the following:
1 - resource abuse
2 - email abuse / spamming
3 - other violation of the TOS.

What was your site for, if I might ask?

In any case, go to desk.surpasshosting.com, and create a ticket for the issue.

My site is for the game The Sims 2. I haven't even managed to get the site up and running yet so I know I haven't violated anything. My domain is simsboutique.com

All I get is the Account suspended page. I thought maybe it was a browser problem but it's showing the same page in Firefox and IE.

Odd! I'm seeing the coming soon pink page.

Have you submitted a ticket to the help desk about the issue yet?

No not yet, I was kind of hoping it would have fixed itself by now.

Ok I just deleted all my temporary internet files and cleared out my cashe in both browsers and the site seems to be working again. Thanks for your help .Sorry for being a pain.
