Account Suspended
My account has been suspended, I read; http://www.surpasshosting.com/policies.php and I don't see myself breaking any of those. I checked my paypal account and they took money Jul. 27, 2006 so I don't think it is that.
Is their anywhere else I could look to see what is the problem. I submitted a support ticket this morning, usually I get a reply within 2 hours it's been about 7 or 8 hours. Is their anyway I can find out why my account has suddenly been suspended without warning? |

They could be trouble shooting your account to see what is going on also,
many factors can cause this besides resource abuse or no payment. A exploit on some script you may have if caught could cause a suspension for the safety of that entire server also. Maybe place the ticket number here too that way if a staff member floats through here and has the time can take a look. If you'd like post a link to the site and we can look from here now and then too. Earlier today we had another post on a related matter. I saw the site back up and the customer just had to clear their cookies and look again to see the site back up. Mozilla and Firefox are both bad at keeping old cookies, maybe give that a try too just clear all related cookies to your site and try to load it again.

Hm I've never had this problem. However I was using PHPHosting from codegrrl.com and I found out their were problems and it must have slipped my mind to actually delete the script. That's the only thing I can think of. I viewed it in Internet Explorer (after deleting offline files/cookies) and it still has the same error. http://dollcounty.com is the URL.

Hi Bre.Anna,
It's probably the PHPhosting script. All of the scripts from codegrrl.com have been hacked and I believe Surpass is watching any site that is using one of them. See the announcements in the following thread: http://www.surmunity.com/showthread.php?t=17904

Well they replied back yesterday and said they were going to move it to Abuse & Security. I haven't got a reply yet though.
Couldn't they just have deleted the script, rather then shut all the sites down on my server?
